The initial mission of Jameson’s Joy began when a buddy of Jameson’s chose to honor his friend with a day of random acts of kindness at school.

Kindness
After hearing of Cayden’s plan, we decided to ask all our friends to hold a random acts of kindness day on the day of Jameson’s service. Throughout the day, hundreds of acts were performed all over the world including paying for people’s bills, holding doors, delivering meals, and even adopting an elephant in Africa to cover food and medical costs. #Jamesonsjoy was born on this day.
Change
A movement began. People were inspired on the random acts of kindness day, and to this day people continue performing kind acts in honor of #jamesonsjoy.
Brevard Elementary
Brevard Elementary formally honored Jameson on the day of his service by hosting it’s own random acts of kindness day. As part of this day, the school’s administration team decided to honor Jameson with a permanent fixture on campus. A Buddy Bench where students and teachers who needed support could sit was purchased and later installed in the recess area.
